Knight Frank appoints new partner to boost project and building consultancy team

Knight Frank has bolstered its project and building consultancy team with the appointment of Rob Brown as partner.

Previously at Mileway Real Estate, Rob joins Knight Frank’s building surveying team, bringing with him extensive experience in professional and transactional related services, including technical due diligence and dilapidations.

Based in London, he will work closely with the head of commercial building surveying Andrew Burt, advising investors and occupiers on a wide range of commercial assets.

His role will see him build on and expand the firm’s client base, responding to their commercial needs, drivers and objectives to provide tailored advice.

Andrew commented: “We have ambitious growth plans for project and building consultancy, and as such are delighted to welcome Rob onboard.

“His experience in the industry of more than 21 years will build on our team’s capacity to work in partnership with our clients, advising across a range of technical and project related matters.”

Rob added: “It is a privilege to be joining this team at what is a pivotal time in the market.

“I look forward to working in an inclusive and collaborative environment and providing strategic advice to clients throughout the whole asset lifecycle.”
